In a glass, mix the water together with the oil, salt and crumbled fresh yeast.
Put the flour in a large bowl and pour the mixture in the glass over it. Knead until the ball of dough is elastic. Cover with a cloth and allow to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
After that time, stretch the dough and shape it oval. Extend the drained canned grilled vegetables on the dough together with the Anchoa Shikrán.
Bake at 200 ºC (390 ºF) for 10-15 minutes or until the dough is golden and serve with a few more anchovy spheres.
