Place the pizza dough on a baking tray and pour over the tomato sauce. Spread it all over the pizza and add the grated mozzarella.
Then, add the olives and distribute 5 to 6 tsp of Anchoa Shikrán® spheres on the pizza.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ºC (390 ºF) and garnish with basil leaves.
