Smoked salmon, cheese and esturión Shikrán® in spheres rolls

8 slices smoked salmon

40g cheese spread

15g single cream

Salt

Black pepper

Bunch of spinach sprout leaves

Dill

Esturión Shikrán (sturgeon spheres)

In a bowl, mix the cheese spread with the cream and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and set aside.

Spread the slices of smoked salmon and add dill to taste. Spread the cream cheese between the salmon slices and add some spinach leaves.

Roll the slices well to form the rolls and place a good amount of Esturión Shikrán on top of each one.
