Creamy Lingote de Mar and Peanut Bites

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 slices of crustless sandwich bread
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g Creamy Lingote de Mar
  • 100 g fried peanuts

PREPARACIÓN​

  1. Using a rolling pin, flatten the slices of sandwich bread.

  2. Mix the cream cheese with the Creamy Lingote de Mar until smooth and evenly
    combined.

  3. Spread the mixture over the bread slices and carefully roll them up.

  4. Cut into slices approximately 3 cm thick and sprinkle with crushed fried peanuts.
