Avocado mousse with salmón Shikrán® in spheres

INGREDIENTES

1 large avocado

200ml whole milk

Salt

Ground pepper

Salmón Shikrán (salmon spheres)

1 tbsp lime juice

PREPARACIÓN​

Peel and debone the avocado and place it in a blender. Add the milk and salt and pepper to taste Pour the lime juice and blend thoroughly until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.

Spread the mousse into small glasses and refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve cold with a good amount of Salmón Shikrán on top.
