Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin until they are flat and thin.
Then spread the bread with a layer of tartar sauce and add a teaspoon of Anchovy SHIKRÁN®. Then cover with smoked salmon slices.
Roll each slice of bread around itself to form the logs and cut each log in half.
Refrigerate until ready to eat and serve with a teaspoon of Anchovy SHIKRÁN® on top of each log.
