Spread a plastic wrap on a cutting board and add the prawns with a drizzle of olive oil. Wrap them with the paper and flatten them by hitting them with a frying pan.
Remove the plastic wrap and spread on a plate. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as the pomegranate. Place the sprouts in the center and, on top, place a teaspoon of Codium Seaweed Spheres.
Finish by adding a pinch of grated lime on top.
