Return and Refund Policy


Delivery between 2 and 5 working days after placing the order.

Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order, with a full refund of the price paid by the same method in which the payment was made. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

The price of shipping costs will be indicated in the shopping cart once the user’s shipping address is entered.

The amount of the same ones comes determined by the weight of the order, being Free for orders superior to 25 Euros.

Only shipments will be made in the National Peninsular Territory.

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting. Subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer, once the shipment has been made, may generate additional charges on the sale price. 

The goods will be delivered to the customer by a transport company, together with a delivery note containing the information that allows the identification of the customer, the order, the price, the number of packages and the products it contains. 

Shipments will only be made within the National Peninsular Territory. The rest of shipments should be consulted (visit the contact area).

Similarly, if upon opening the product this is found to be defective, the customer by contacting the aforementioned way with the company may claim payment or replacement of the same to be made once it has been returned.

The goods are at all times covered against risks of transport, loss and handling by the insurance of the transport company so that in case of damage attributable to transport the product will be collected from the customer and then replaced or refunded according to preference agreed with the customer in each case.

The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

In case of return, Eurocaviar will be responsible for the shipping costs as long as the product is not the one required by the customer due to an error attributable to the company or because the condition of the product due to transport or any other reason is not adequate.

In the returns by express desire of the customer, which are not attributable to the company, the cost of return shall be borne by the customer and the refund of the purchase price of the product will occur by the same means by which the payment was made and once it has been received in the company and reviewed that the state of it is correct and has not suffered any damage or manipulation.

The amount of the returned order will be refunded as long as it is returned in perfect conditions that do not limit the use of the product. The customer must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In case of returning the product in a packaging different from the original, the good may suffer a depreciation. 


In the event that any of our products do not arrive in perfect condition, either by deterioration in transport or for any other reason, Eurocaviar undertakes to replace it or refund 100% of the price paid for the product after agreement with the customer who must communicate via email “”.


Once the order is received, you will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to exchange or return the products.

The period of time will begin to count once the customer has received the order at home.

Once the return has been accepted, the transport company will be notified to pick it up at your address and return it to the company.
