Recetas ECV Tortilla francesa rellena de Cremoso de Lingote de Mar, tomate Cherry y albahaca

French Omelette Filled with Creamy Lingote de Mar, Cherry Tomatoes, and BasilIngredients

INGREDIENTES

  • 8 eggs
  • 150 g creamy mullet roe spread
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Basil shoots or fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil

PREPARACIÓN​

  1. For the omelette: vigorously beat two eggs, preferably fresh and organic.

  2. Season with salt and pepper and, in a very hot frying pan with a few drops of olive oil, cook the omelette so that it remains soft and slightly runny inside.

  3. Once the omelette is ready, place it on a plate, make a slit along the top, and fill it with small dollops of Creamy Lingote de Mar. Serve with cherry tomatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, and a few basil leaves.
