Garlic tagliatelle with prawns, chili and red mújol Shikrán® in spheres


175g tagliatelle

3 cloves of garlic

2 dry chili peppers

100g peeled prawns

Red Mújol Shikrán


Olive oil


Put plenty of water and salt to boil in a pot. When it begins to boil, add the pasta and cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer. Drain and set aside.

On the other hand, put a splash of olive oil in a pan and add the peeled, finely chopped garlic. Cook until slightly golden and add the prawns. Cook them until they change colour and salt to taste.

Add a tablespoon of Red Mújol Shikrán and the cooked pasta, then add the whole or chopped chilies and mix well. Sauté for a couple minutes and serve with some more Red Mújol Shikrán on top.
