GOAT CHEESE AND SALMON SHIKRAN CANDIES IN SPHERES

INGREDIENTES

  • 8 wafers
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of salmon SHIKRAN spheres
  • 1 egg

PREPARACIÓN​

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

In a bowl, mix the honey with the goat cheese and the salmon SHIKRAN® spheres.

Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wafer.

Then wrap as if it were the paper of a candy, rolling and twisting the ends slightly, and pressing the edges tightly so that it is well closed and the filling does not come out.

Place the caramels on a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush them with beaten egg.

Bake at 200º until they become golden brown.
