Wild asparagus with egg and black mujjól Shikrán® in spheres

1 bunch asparagus

2 eggs

Black Mujjól Shikrán

Olive oil

Salt flakes

Ground pepper





Cook the eggs in a saucepan with water. Once the water begins to boil, let them cook for 7 minutes. Remove, peel and set aside.

On the other hand, put a dash of olive oil in a pan and add the washed and dried asparagus. Frill on both sides and serve on two plates.

Add a halved egg on top of each plate and add a tablespoon of black Mujjól Shikrán on top of it.

Add the salt flakes and pepper to taste.
